Looks like MS got very large shipment out to online retailers first and I suspect that brick and mortar retailers will have a huge shipment for the final week/weekend before Christmas.

They got them(4gb 360) in Tues then gone last Tues night. Then they got some more yesterday and gone as of late last night. None in stock as of right now. Like I said get some in then gone. They also haven't had any of the others in a couple of days.

They will be out again before that happens. They had 9 of the holiday bundles up earlier from Target gone in a matter of no time.
