Lot a games out there have online multi now but who really plays them all, especially with our CODs and Halos, it seems thats all people play. I wanna know what games that are online that people play that dont have the words COD or Halo in it.

Uncharted 2 i really thought the online would suck and when the reviews came in and I didnt see much mention of the online mode i expected the worst but holy crap was I wrong, im still playing it. its one of the reasons i rarely played MW2

Bioshock 2 i really dont know why people did not like this i reached the level cap and all. ok so mayve the maps arent all that but it was a welcome change from all the military shooters

Goldeneye Wii  when I saw that it had 8 players i thought WTH?? MOH for PSP did more than that. but when I actually sat down and played I enjoyed the crap out of it. it feels like COD lite and I dont mean that in a bad way. Eurocom took the level system from COD and simplified it.

speaking of PSP I thought MOH Heroes online was ok, that they were able to get it to function on PSP is a miracle in itself (i still think it is the best MOH game in a while)

Uno  I've logged more online hours in this game thany any other game this gen. (mayby UC2 i did more) my only gripe is that I wish it was released on Wii the same time as HDs as I think this game is best served in Wii's family friendly environment. PS3 version is pretty much a ghost town now. Anyone know if the Wii version have people playing, hell I might just get it again

My favorite multiplayers this gen (other than the ones you mentionned):

Resistance 2 (Co-op mode is amazing)

The Lord of the Rings: Conquest (Just so cool)

Transformers: War for Cybertron (Deep and fun)

Unreal Tournament III (Fast and satisfying)

Warhawk (A big learning curve but once mastered, truly awesome)

Gears of War 2 (Depsite the lags, Wingman is super fun. Horde as well)

Fat Princess (FUN!)

man I almost forgot about Transformers I dont know why that game didnt sell single player was ok and online was better than I expected

I got too good in Unreal 3 so I stopped playing

i like fighting games.... blazblue is probably my most played game online, so much fun.

borderlands is also very good in multiplayer.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2. while it's not underrated by any means. it's my personal favorite multiplayer game of this gen. Amazing gunplay and incredibly fun if you're playing with a squad of friends.

Killzone 2. It's as fun as bad company 2 but I thought that some of the maps are poorly balanced and designed. Radec academy with 32 players is an absolute clusterfuck but it's still a great multiplayer game.

Frontlines: Fuel of war on the 360 had amazing multiplayer despite having average graphics, it's a good mix of bad company 2 and killzone 2.

Uncharted 2 online was actually a pleasant surprise for me, I really liked how it flawlessly mixed 3rd person action with platforming. I actually find it better than the single player by a small margin.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood online is freakin' awesome. I thought Ubisoft would've slapped together a generic deathmatch mode and call it a day but surprisngly it works really well. stalking your targets and then aerial assassinating them never gets old!

Battlefield Bad Company 2 is definitely my favorite online multiplayer this gen. It's got fantastic squadplay, and is so much more engaging than CoD.

Uncharted 2 was also really fun, I love how they combined the verticality of the exploration with multiplayer.

I liked the bioshock 2 multiplayer aswell but my real multiplayer guilty pleasure is condemned 2, i used to play it with a few friends all the time. It was really good even though all the reviews i read of the game said the multiplayer was terrible.

I really liked Bionic Commando's online.  It didn't have many maps, though.  But imagine if 6 Spider-Man clones were given machine guns and told to hunt each other.  That's what it was like.  We'd be swinging through the air, hunting each other, grabbing people with our bionic arms, trying to out smart each other with different arm techniques.

I wonder if anybody is still online......

Too bad for the lower player counts but Aquistion is an blast 

There is so much stuff going on and its so thrilling sneaking behind enemy lines and blowing up everything or stealing the car and bolting for it 

even suppression is fun as is sabotage. 

Its so underated and great. I am going to play it now :D
