Kinect Adventures has already done it with the help of being bundled. Kinect Sports is looking like it will be the first outside of kinect adventures to hit 1,000,000.
How many Kinect games do you think can achieve the 1 million mark?
I'm going with 3 kinect titles other then kinect adventures.
Kinect sports, dance central, your shape evolved( this game will catch on slowly but surely)

Yeah I just got Your Shape Fitness Evolved and I'm in love haha. So I really think that Your Shape Fitness Evolved and Kinectimals will slowly but surely reach a million units. Kinect Sports and Dance Central will definitely reach a million. What I'm pretty interested in is what this Kinect/Gears of War announcement is going to be. Fingers Crossed.
Basically by the end of next year, December 31, 2011, Kinect will have at least 5 Kinect only games that will sell a million units. Next year is gonna be a fantastic year for Microsoft.
Other than Kinect Adventures I am going to say Kinect Sports, Dance Central and possibly YourShape & Kinectimals. YourShape & Kinectimals will likely hit a million due to legs.

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect & PS3 wants to Move! Why are both systems having such relationship problems? The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Of the currently on the market games I think the bases have been covered above. I don't see the other 13(?) games cracking 1 million. Your Shape and Kinectimals will probably take a while to get there.
Plenty more Kinect games to come, meanding plenty more million sellers.
But 15 *million sellers will take a pretty long time to get there. Gotta figure that given about 15% of 360 titles crack 1 million (109/731 -which is the best million seller % of any current system excl PS2) that the proportions for Kinect will be roughly similar (if anything lower). So for 15 games to sell 1 million it means there will need to be ~100 Kinect games released. For 30 games there will need to be ~200 Kinect games on market.
What's the Kinect game release schedule? How long will it take to release 100 games?
