Why are people seaying 700K is too high?  And why are you saying it will drop 150K this week CGI? I don't understand this at all. The prediction and everything else. Guess I'm getting old.

Sales won't go up post Black Friday. The next time we will see an increase is the weeks/days before Christmas. Until then, things will drop a bit.

The trend for wii is rising sales post BF not less

Look at last years sales

Maybe, but last year also saw the NSMBWii/price cut affect. I don't think it will increase by much, if it increases at all.

I could end up wrong, but I don't believe so.

And this year it has Donkey Kong Country, Just Dance 2, Super Mario All-Stars, and a NSMB/Motion Plus Bundle. While it won't go up as much as last year, I still think it should rise, as we inch towards christmas.

Around the Network

So numbers nearly all in..

2010 Week 48
Console Wii PS3 X360
America          590,510          210,044          450,101
Japan (Media Create)
           56,000            41,000              3,500
Known Europe Australia          377,094          228,998          212,232
Everything else          133,625          115,782            53,760

Yet I expect these could be adjusted based on trends from NPD

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

OK, I have fully gone through and looked at all numbers from both Black Friday of 2009 & 2010, and the week after BF 2009. I do apologize, as it seems I could be lowballing the Wii by quite a bit.

My revision:

NA - Wii: 700,000 Xbox 360: 370,000 PS3: 230,000

Japan - Wii: 50,000 PS3: 40,000 Xbox 360: 4,500

EMEAA - Wii: 475,000 PS3: 377,000 Xbox 360: 290,000

Total - Wii: 1.2 mill Xbox 360: 664,500 PS3: 637,000

I was too low for 360 in US, too high for it in EMEAA. Maybe Seece won't be so mad after al!

I was too high for Wii in US, too low in EMEAA. I was on the money when I said it would sell as big post Black Friday this year as last, but changed my prediction last minute.

I was too high for PS3 in EMEAA by 33k, too high in the US by 20k. It's sales in the US truly shock me, FAR lower than the 360.

I'm not mad, I swear you said 280k or something for PS3 in NA though, sneaky sneaky

TBF all predictions are kinda void when adjustments happen, it throws off what you would have said.
