Yeah, but the confusing bit is if you have aliens in a game set in a time like the Roman era, its hard to imagine a way in which the humans can win. Its a stretch in movies involving alien invasion in the modern era. Unless the different races are like the locust in Gears of War, not really aliens but another indigenous species.

Think of it this way instead; what if the aliens attacked Rome in a world where the Roman gods actually exist? It'd be like God of War meets AVP, but actually good.



GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

So, it's been in development as early as 2007. Awesome link. Thanks for sharing. The concept looks really interesting, especially the ones with a Middle Eastern feel.

The artwork looks really impressive, as do almost all artwork. Shame that this game, like every other game never lives up to the artwork. Except for Okami which was a living artwork

Its got the appearance of a gladiator themed game if you watched the reveal trailer. None of those machines or whatever they are look like they are from that time period

Yes I have. If there are aliens out there, undoubtedly they would be like ones from any video game (or any form of media for that matter)
