Comparing it to the original xbox...

The original Xbox sold  7.78 million in EMEAA, the 360 should beat that in the UK alone next year.

The original Xbox sold  0.53 million in Japan, the 360 should triple that next year

The original Xbox sold  16.34 million in Americas, the 360 should more than double that next year

If the 360 doesnt do it this year, it will pass 50 million in the first couple weeks next year.

This year 360 sales> SNES sales

Nex year 360 probably> NES sales

Not to mention the original Xbox sold 24.65 million worldwide and the 360 will shoot way past twice that THIS year! The Xbox brand gained a lot of ground with the Generation. Go 360!

Wow that is a lot of milestones that will most likely be passed.

If the 360 passes the NES for total sales will that mean it will be the 4th best selling console of all time?

I am surprised you make all these 360 threads yet you only have 10k achievement points. Either way, 360 has been kicking ass this whole gen let alone next year. If kinect kicks more ass, it will pass many more milestones.

PS1, PS2, and Wii are the only ones that come to mind.

5. Game Boy Advance

6. Wii

7. PlayStation Portable

8. NES

9. SNES

Ah I was only talking about consoles, but thanks for the list.  So right now it is number 6, but by the end of next year it should pass both the SNES and NES for the number 4 spot.
