I find it funny how everyone is saying the star wars prequel hurt the franchise. I must have bad taste in films according to all of you then because i think harry potter at its worst is better then starwars at its best.

And with that been said i think the newer starwars films are better then the ones that were made back in the stone age.

I am sorry but that's what you get for thinking that the prequel is better than the orignal triolgy.

Um... Lord of the Rings? I'm sorry but there's no way a rational human being can think the Potter films are better than Jackson's LotR.

I'm not bashing the Potter movies, as I have quite enjoyed them... but other than Azkaban, they're popcorn flicks.

Um... Lord of the Rings? I'm sorry but there's no way a rational human being can think the Potter films are better than Jackson's LotR.

I'm not bashing the Potter movies, as I have quite enjoyed them... but other than Azkaban, they're popcorn flicks.

well there still one more Lord of the rings flim to be release maybe after he ses that he will change.

The worst Star Wars movie (Episode 1) is way worse than the worst Harry Potter movie, (Order of the Phoenix) but the best Star Wars movie (Episode 5) is way better than the best Harry Potter movie. (Prisoner of Azkaban)

I think I'll go with Star Wars, though.

I already prefer The Lord of the Rings over Harry Potter but it doesn't change the fact that I am much more excited for the upcoming Harry Potter than for The Hobbit even though I will probably end up liking The Hobbit more.

@rocketpig: And this thread isn't only about the movies. It's about the whole franchise (unless I misunderstood the OP).
