I read the description for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and thought it sounds awesome, especially on the Wii with the lightsaber wiimote controls. Why doesn't anyone ever mention this game on the vgchartz forums? I didn't even know about this game until today because its never talked about.

 Is it never mentioned cause it is coming out for all three platforms and won't effect hardware sales? Or is it because noone really know about it? Or maybe because not much information has been released?

IMO this will probably be a great game on all systems, but will be the most fun on Wii because of added lightsaber function and duel mode. It will be even better if they add online duel mode.

But seriously, isn't this the game every Wii owner has been waiting for since buying the system? A chance to control a lightsaber with a wiimote.

I'm just hoping Lucasarts doesn't get economically smart and make this off of pure brandname hype. Hoping they put a decent effort into it to make good lightsaber Wii combat, and a good graphical outlay as well. Not to mention some good bonus Wii stuff. If they do that then will be a great game.

I mean teh game is going to sell no matter how good it is, but I think we deserve a good game right.  AT leat for the Wii version.

I doubt it... I think it'll be good. Solid... not unbelievable though. Maybe it just bugs me because they keep overpowering "The Force" with every new iteration of Star Wars lore. Now random no-names can pull giant star destroyers out of the sky?

If you think this will be THE lightsaber game and the Wii will make it the best version, you're wrong. Pretty much just plain wrong.

It will be waggle-like controls, or No More Heroes-style fighting I'm sure. I'm sure it'll be fun, and perhaps the controls will make the game better...but it's not gonna be what you're hyping it as.

Force Unleashed will be best on 360, PS3, PC, because of the new Euphoria animations and DMM technologies, like breaking pieces of matter, or a character balancing using his arms as he walks across a pole, etc. Force Unleashed will be an interesting game because of these new technologies and their applications in a Star Wars game, ie, advanced super Force powers.  Unfortunately, these technologies won't be present in the PS2 or Wii version, so it's definitely going to be a different game.

I don't think it'll be the revolution that Jedi Knight 2 was. It'll probably be a good action, Jedi fighting game...not much more than that though.

PS3/360 version will have better graphics and more realistic, but Wii version will probably be much more fun. Controls won't be pointless waggle crap....I hope.
