In Halo's Reach 1st week it did more than 4mil. Black Ops did more than 5. thats just the 360 version!! A lot of people (myself included) thought there was no way Halo would get beat on its own home turf.  Now as it stand Halo Reach is sitting at a little more than 6mil and COD BO is a little more than 5mil. It took Halo two months to reach (no pun intended) that number. I dont think its crazy to believe that 360 version of Black Ops will catch up and pass Halo. I give it two months and im prepared to eat crow for being wrong about Halo beaten COD

If it wasn't CoD4 that already dethroned Halo then it was certainly MW2. I can assure you Black Ops didn't take the crown from Halo, it simply retained the crown like a title defence in boxing.

i agree with this, minus Doom was dethroned by Half-Life ages ago.

Gotta agree with that. And that is coming from someone who doesn't even own a 360. Halo has something special about it, Call of Duty is just soo..lifeless. It feels general. Maybe it's the theme, maybe it really is bland, but CoD games are the most casual and boring FPS IMO.
