i would say get bayonetta instead of darksiders.much much better.

I second this motion.

Also if you're a fan of fighters and the vs Capcom series Tatsunoko vs Capcom is my favorite technical fighter of the gen so you might like it.

For action games see a distinct lack of No More Heroes 2

Both of those titles were early in the year.

If you like brawlers Naruto Ultimte Ninja Storm 2 is the best on PS3/360

Oh and avdenture games you need some 3D Dot Game Heroes!
