Not sure on HW, but your correct.. alot of hacked 360s over here. Alot even have two, one clean for multiplayer and xbox live, and another one for playing downloaded games.

I guess that's common for consoles in all EMEAA regions, because here in the Middle East, piracy levels are insane on just about every platform.
