Wow, I own a PS3 too, and this ad is hilarious. I would even go as far to say NJ5 was the person farthest from trolling in this thread, and the butthurt fanboy who took this thread completely off topic would be the one trolling. Jesus, there is seriously something wrong with you if..on an internet forum, you get so upset you need to derail an entire thread intended to make people laugh, because you feel you are being wronged. Go to the 360 forums or Wii for that matter, people take a fat dumb on those consoles all the time. Why do you think mods need to go out of the way to protect the defamation of PS3??? Doesn't happen for other consoles. You think you are better than them or something? You aren't. Deal with it. You sound like an immature 14 year old. No one over the age of 20 could possibly have their panties in as big a bunch as you do. Jesus.

Did you ever even stop for one moment to think that not everyone has the same kind of setup you do or that those features might actually be useful to them? I'm glad you were able to drop what looks like $1,500+ on your electronics and they provide all the stuff the PS3 does and more, but don't forget that not everyone can and will do that. The PS3 may not be best-in-class at many of the "extras" it provides, but it at least provides them so that it can be useful even when people aren't gaming with it.

If you don't feel the PS3 and all its features are worth the money then don't buy one. The people who feel otherwise will, but don't insult the console just because you personally don't have a use for its features.

Uh, I already own a PS3. And sorry if you think I'm being a jerk by stating that I don't need a gaming machine to be everything and the kitchen sink; obviously there are plenty of others who feel the same way I do, otherwise the PS3 would be selling a lot more than it is now.

Convergence devices that are expensive and don't do things as well as their more narrowly-focused counterparts usually don't take off like gangbusters. Sorry if you disagree with me but I fail to see how I was being a "jerk" about it. Even a non-technophile will look at that diagram by Sony and call bullshit on it. Most people already own half that stuff Sony slapped into the diagram. Yay for redundancy!

BTW, where in my post did I insult the PS3? I simply called bullshit on that comparison diagram.

Rocket, you are no longer allowed to call Sony on its BS since PS-She has showed up to bring justice to the forum that is Sony. Anyone who speaks such blasphemy in direct regard to the PS3 console be damned!!! Retribution is coming to take hold of those who violated the sacred laws of Sonydom!!

 Don't worry about it. She's a PS fangirl. So far, I have managed to see a grand total of zero posts of hers where she's not completely worshipping the Playstation brand and condemning anything that disrespects it.
