I understand why the PS3 owners are upset. They watched for a year as their console did a death spiral. Microsoft got all the great hardcore games, or got the better versions of them. Then to top it off Nintendo tore the industry a new one. There is a lot to be concerned, unhappy, dejected about. Thats why the PS3 owners are upset their console is not doing well, and every little piece of negativity brings on a full blown convulsion.

Thats not the original posters fault, and its not the humorists fault either. Obviously Sony doesn't need their assistance to make themselves look like asses. I laugh at stupid, annoying, or condescending adds in general. I laugh at the stupid sonic print adds. With six morons doing all the things that should destroy a living room. Seriously pick up a EGM the guy playing tennis is going to ram his head through a wall. Way to encourage the moronic.

Here is a idea instead of getting all twisted inside, and attacking fellow posters. Ask yourself one simple question are these feelings worth it. Seriously if a few points on plastic and metal are causing you this much angst then you do have a problem. Now if the though of your console losing some race turns your stomach, and you can only play the winner. Well its time for you to sell your console. The machine isn't healthy for you, and in the end is going to make you an unhappy person.

Another thing can we get off of this persecution complex. The jews were persecuted, homosexuals were persecuted, pagans were persecuted. Your just a bunch or cry babies throwing tantrums. You can't deal with critical discourse there is only one solution for that go to a closet community of console purists. You will never find anything that will dishearten you on a totalitarian PS3 sites forums. Stop playing the victims your not, and you never were.

Since DS is for gaming, and sold here at 159 EUR, we could make a comparision. PS3 is 479 EUR, which means that DS offers gaming worth of 479 for 159.

This has to be one of the funniest statements from Sony, considering the PS3. Well, maybe after "hit for it's weak point to cause massive damage" and "RRRRRRIDGE RACER".

Hey my console of choice (that would be the Wii) is winning right now and still there are a trillion articles about how it will magically stop selling, how it's a fad, or how the PS3 is the best thing since sliced bread etc. So if i and the other Wii owners don't wanna read this "shit" we can just ignore the post/thread and everything's fine. I just stated that Nintendo fans had to deal with it for 12 years because you do like we rub it in your face while a few weeks ago most PS3 fans were screaming about a PS3 comeback in Japan.

You are at a sales site and your console is losing, it's to be expected you'll have to deal with it.

 nothing, i simply made a quick statement that people act defensive in threads liek this because of the precedent for allowing the trolling of Sony/PS3 threads and it turned into a "well you guys deserve it for the last 12 years" discussion.

I constantly say that corperate PR is a joke and they all deserve to be laughed at, this included....my response was just in response to a poster asking why PS3 owners act defensive....ands its because of the mood in the forums here more than anything, thats all.

 Note that each person that jumped on you about the comment is a PS-fanboy/girl. I think they just SAW what you said and didn't bother to THINK about it, and got their panties in a twist over it.

To clarify for these people: Nowhere was NJ5 attacking the PS3 in any way. He was merely pointing out the incredible flaws in the ad. Nintendo and Microsoft have also made poor advertisements, and I'm sure he can agree to that. Thus said, keep your pants on. This is just another example in a long list of mistakes that ALL companies have made. =)
