Haha yes I we had too, ofc not fight as in hit them lol just arguing but I think you got that… we were all tiered and wanted too get the Wii and return home so we could get some sleep. I hated the fact that they did not accept that those who were there first get the console. They even argued with the store owners, would you want to invite girls like that? There were only 5 and there would not be more in stock for a long time and I had waited for so long to get it so I was not ready to let anybody stand in my way :P

I got mine on the European release date on the 8th December 2006.  The combination of a new Nintendo console and a new Zelda game has still yet too be matched in terms of hype IMO.

I got mine on launch day. Stayed up all night and partied in a huge line (about 40 people) while we waited. We had pizza and made soup with someones habachi. Good times. The store assistant manager even brought us wireless controllers and hooked up a Cube and TV on the inside of the window so there was plenty of Smash Bros. too.
