Yes, they should have started heavily bundling it earlier, making it an almost standard controller, to achieve that. Now it's a little bit too late, but even by its sole forces and limited SW library, BB has become a very successful and widespread device nevertheless, 3rd parties could have made a lot of wronger things than developing more games for it, and I'm also sure that as Nintendo too didn't fully exploit it as it did with Wii itself, 3rd parties best games would have suffered 1st parties competition a lot less. Time for regrets, both for Ninty and 3rd parties, I guess, BB's success will furtherly grow, although less than before Kinect, but it could have achieved even more.
