Also note that Fable III might be somewhat overtracked, as NPD reports 580k sales in USA in October while VGC have it at 816k in Americas. Unless Fable III did, infact sell 220k in other regions in the continent, it might be adjusted down. If that does happen, I'd be happy to let you change your prediction.

Also, in related yet somewhat bitchy  news, coming from me after research on the sales of this title, VGC has GoW III at 1,388,648 by the end of April in Americas. NPD has it at 1.2 million in the same time frame. Considering that Canada had around 200k store pre-orders (which would have sold out by the end of 7 weeks of sales...probably) and latin american sales, it might be a little under-tracked.

Fable III was overtracked here accord NPD.

So after adjustments I can see at the end of next year:

God of War III: 4.2m
Fable III:  2.8m

anything  xbox 360 related sales  on this forum are always considered to be overtracked anyway why bother comparing it to the mighty PS3 sales?  Just say Ps3 owns all.

They're both "III" games, and have strikingly similar sales...whats wrong with a comparison ?

I mean, are we really to believe that someone who is obviously a major fan of God of War going to choose a comparison which shows his favourite game coming off second best?  Or, are you telling us that it's a coincidence that you called yourself GodOf War_3ever which just happens to be one of the games you are comparing the sales of?
