A twitter feed is not an official statement.  Can you link the IGN article?  Until there's a press release or official statement saying it's sold to consumers, then it's best to assume it's sold to retailers.  I'm not saying it's not sold to consumers, but there's nothing to say that it is.

Your brain must be full of  dust or something, you honestly think that the Chief of Staff for Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft does not know the real kinect sell through numbers?  You're not even worth talking to, find the IGN article yourself.

No.  There are misunderstandings and miscommunications in business all the time, especially where the communication isn't filtered/fact checked through PR, with executives saying something and having to go back and clarify things.  That's why it's usually best to wait for an official communication to clarify things.  Though MS probably should've been more clear in their intial statement, it seemed purposefully vague.

Thing is. MS indicated that VGC numbers were off, and then released a statement claiming 1m shipped, while VGC has it hat 1.3m Sold. Which would require MS to ship atleast 1.5 - 2m. So they actually were right when they told people to not invest too much hope in VGCs numbers, the numbers are too high.

Read the god damn article and stop repeating yourself over the threads. You have said "So ps3 could have been ahead of 360 weekly sales" in about 4-5 different threads.

Hes not trolling. The basic definition of sold for a manufacturer is shipped. When they ship, its sold. Now, maybe they are reporting sold to consumers and simply call that sold, this I dont know. You missed that distinction when calling a him troll.


Read any of the threads about Kinect and re write what you write with different wording. Somehow which doesnt make it seem so wrong.
