Even it's november 3rd, that's not a good release date for alien films.  skyline opened this weekend and it's not doing well.

March makes more sense cause we have a Spring break at that time, but still, alien movies do best in July. 

Is that a pattern? Why?

Skyline was a rip off form what? Just saw a youtube trailer and it seems interesting. I don't know....

I rarely look forward to a movie release, but this one and Monsters have my attention!

Don't know why exactly but I think people are excited to see action packed movies during summer.

Maybe it started with Independence Day.  But when Alien related movies come out other times, they don't do well.
