Thats not promising.  If the movie was great, then it would be a May release.

Even it's november 3rd, that's not a good release date for alien films.  skyline opened this weekend and it's not doing well.

March makes more sense cause we have a Spring break at that time, but still, alien movies do best in July. 

Is that a pattern? Why?
