What Rol said the game was okay for its time... I would recommend you to play other games from that time who were very popular.

yeah medieval was well fun although I was like 12 last time I played it, oh well, ignore this then. Er, go play jumping flash, yeah that was good, but had shite graphics

I played it waaaay back when my little brother had a PS1, and loved it. I think I even got the best ending, although I don't really remember how it went... you tried to drink something in the ending cutscene, but failed due to lacking a jaw at least. =P

Honestly can't say how good it'll be now, since I must've been your age back when I played it. =/
