I fucked up my iphone and need some help

my phone is stuck on the apple logo

Is it just the apple logo or is it asking to be connected to itunes?

More info would help.

What type of iPhone do you have?  What were you doing when it happened?  How old is it?  etc.

i was jailbreaking 3.1.3 with the wrong jailbreak in this case limera1n

it is only 5 months old

If itunes will recognise it just do a restore and go to jailbreakme.com?

the restore is to 4.1

are you a mac or an iphone user?

well... if you didn't store your SHSH blobs you can't restore to 3.1.3..

do you need to unlock your carrier?

Hold sleep home for 25 sec, phone reboots
Open iTunes on your computer. Hold Home button while connecting your phone.
iTunes will restore your phone

I know this works on XP, but plug in your iPhone to itunes and choose restore iphone. That usually works but can wipe your data back until the last time you connected it.
