Agree. As I'm ready to bash him when he behaves like a turd, I feel obliged to acknowledge when he apologize and/or he behaves correctly and well. And anyhow, let's also admit that the very low characteer limit for Twitter messages makes very difficult to use it for articulated statements and replies.
