I preordered this last week. It doesn't look like the wheel comes with pedals, which would be chafe.

Yeah i pre-ordered this a while ago witht he wheel, it looks like the offer is still up there. Yeah it has no pedals, but hey its free. I had one for PS2 but there is no USB on it.
