Well a one for one with a townie vanilla would be an absolutely horrible trade for mafia. More importantly, I gave you plenty of reason to trust me as town. But for what it's worth if the order is reversed, as in I am lynched today, I'd implore town not to lynch you.


the thing is, today lynching me is not a one for one... it proves nothing on no one ^^ so just a loss.

in any case, you're right in the sense that his claiming to have the same name as me does not disculp him in any way... however there is more than 2 mafiosi in this game, i'd advise against lynching him directly after me.... waist of time since the town will already be at -3...

I'm 100% behind this. Either Heph did a lot of research to come up with a noname or he's town. I'd stake it is the latter and I'm confident enough that if the lynch on him goes through and he turns scum, then assuming I survive the night you can all lynch me day three.

I also still believe Prof is town. I obviously can't verify his nameclaim, but I think while he was(and is still) suspicious of Heph day one, I think his actions were meant to draw out scum more than anything. GoW was foolish and the ploy may have indeed got him killed, but apparently it's because he behaved the same as in a previous game. On the other hand, should Prof flip scum somewhere down the road, I'll say right now that hat and Homer should be looked at very closely.

As I said before, I am no longer behind this idea. Heph being scum doesn't equate to you being scum.

Heph still needs to die, though.

If I wanted to be vindictive I could say "because you are chronically unhelpful" but that post was made before I got to SuperAdrianK's where he also claims to be youma.

But theprof claims to be a vanilla townie with a name - an extremely, extremely obscure character even in the context of only looking at Sailor Moon's first major story arc.

and I bolded the a youma. cause it's litteraly what I am, not a hairdrier monster, just a basic grunt in the army.


I want to believe you, but you could easily be lying to reinforce your point on having a name, and if every townie had that name, wouldn't be easier to blend in if you were mafia?

It would be easier to blend in as mafia. The trouble is mafia wouldn't know the "noname" until it is revealed.

1 is nothing, all Heph had to do was look up "youma" on a Sailor Moon wiki or hell even google it. He hasn't mentioned any other name from the series other than mentioning Tuxedo Mask is allied to the Sailor Scouts according to a wiki.

2, being against nameclaiming you're now doing it. Of course you're also doing it now after the fact which could just be trying to blend in. It's also suspect that you'd have this name/noname yet voted for me with the reasoning that I was claiming(again I was not claiming but implying theRepublic was saying such) all vanilla townies are nameless given everything Heph hinted at up to that point. Specifically the grunt, peon, stormtrooper, etc. post.

I find it very hard to believe you right now. If you are telling the truth though I'm less likely to believe Prof and Khuutra by association.
