And you are another lynch target. You know perfectly well that I randomly voted for people on the previous game as well (much crazier than in this game too), yet to still find my random vote surprising.

Also, I don't like what I'm seeing from Homer and Metal Gear.

on the contrary, there is no reason to bring attention to them. And at this point it's just based on day 1 stuff so it's not enough either to verbaly disculp someone.

Nice analysis prof, I removed the points I more or less agree with you on and left those I wanna talk about.

1) First, I don't believe asking general questions on Day One to be lynch-baiting, remove all the talk about pro-town lying from this day and we've got ourselves one boring Day One with nothing to go on. On the other hand, SAK adding another question when the conversation is well under way could be a tell of scum trying to emulate townie behavior.

2) I'm not sure what you mean there because we're in for a whole lot of trouble if townies don't use logic.

Thanks, I was going to add your posts in there, but from all the evidence I have it's hard to determine your alignment either way. The fact that you said you were going to ask that question in the signup as well as getting snippy with me does not come off as being mafia. Mafia would have tried to be a little more composed, because it's provocative to start insult arguments. (Not that you were being insulting, but definitely confrontational.)

So, I'm not sure about you yet. But like you said, another player contributing the same kind of question appears like a cover. In general, meta discussion is highly scummy.

For people who aren't sure what meta is. Meta is somewhat like what Hatmoza described it as; it is a "rule for every scenario". Meta-rules are "lynch all lurkers", "lynch all liars", etc. This falls under the category of "people who discuss the setup are mafia".

Other examples are, "people who question the theme", "people who question the rules", "people who question alignments vs names" etc etc. 

Sorry to say, I cannot explain the logic bit because it will help mafia change their behavior. Townies need to be logical, but mafia are usually even more reliant on logic in many ways.

Oh, additionally, about linkzmax' statement that  vanilla townie would not have a name is false.

That's a big enough contradiction that I would be willing to jump on this - but only as the hammer vote.

I do want to hear why he said this, though.

he did it because later on when he's about to be lynched he's going to claim no name / vanilla townie, and then when people say, "that's not true I'm vanilla and I have a name", he's going to say, "really? I just assumed that vanillas had no names since I didn't". Meanwhile, mafia is going to figure out every vanilla role in the process, and headhunt the people who can't confirm that vanillas have names or not.
