Action and Adventure are different categories than Action-Adventure, so what you should ask for is to add those two genres. It's not going to do much so, because the thread explicitly limits the range of genres to the few named in the original post.

But so many people are naming Action games and Adventure games.

Only a pittance are naming Action-Adventure.
