Uncharted 2 5m - another xmas season, GOTY edition, greatest hits, and Uncharted 3 hype will keep it selling well. I'm kind of surprised it hasn't been bundled in America at all.
Heavy Rain 2.3m - its already at 1.5. Move edition, xmas, and greatest hits will easily take it past 2mil
God of War 3 4.5m - will have good legs as its one of those "must haves" for new PS3 owners. Lack of European sales will prevent it from getting to 5m.
Gran Turismo 5    
7-8.5m - they messed up the management of this game so bad. Will sell amazing in Europe, but only "good" in America and Japan.
LittleBigPlanet 2 
3m - big mistake missing out on holiday release. Young kids wont have $60 to spend on it in January. It couldve sold a lot more than that.
Killzone 3              
4-4.5m - FPS trend is that sequels grow in sales. With casual-friendly improvements and a much bigger userbase, KZ3 should see much improved sales over KZ2 (which came out when PS3 still had a bad reputation). 3D and Move will also help it..oh, and Sony is actually advertising its games now.
Motorstorm 3    
1-1.5m - 3D will help this game alot if its used as a Demo for Sony TVs
Twisted Metal 1.5-4m - type of game that could go under the radar, or blow up by word of mouth. Depends on the multiplayer. Stylish-violent game that is easy to market to Americans, but Sony doesnt market every game properly. They also have to be careful with it's launch date. If it's too close to CoD/GeoW/U3, then I can easily see it getting lost in the hype of those games
inFamous 2                  
2.5m - With a KB commercial, it could sell pretty well. Also isnt competing with Prototype this time around (which was very similar as a SuperHero/open-world type game)

1.5-2.5m - socom has a long hardcore following, and Move should help it
Resistance 3 2-3m - They messed up R2 by launching too close to KZ2. PS3 user base is going to be more than DOUBLE what it was when R2 came out

AGENT 3-5.5m - should atleast sell the same as RDR. Will get strong advertising like all RockStar North games do.

i actually set down 5m for AGENT

 

but then i thought this is being made by the HOUSER BROTHERS and the main Rockstar Team so it will do better

 

moreover Rockstar games have a big name,just look ath how much RDR sold

 

plus its an exclusive and a big one when its coming from Rockstar

and its one of few big third party exclusives PS3 is having so SONY will market it to death

 

so it should atleast sell better than RDR at what 7m in just 6months

 

plus the big PS3 price-cut coming of $100 and an expected real PS3 SLIM

 

 

it has too many positives for it to not sell bad

Twisted Metal has a huge cult following as well and we haven't had a good TM since Black. Jaffe already said that the new TM will be rated T to help it sell. This is by far my most anticipated game on the PS3 next year.

I would be worried by these low predictions, but after looking at your GOW3/U2 predictions in another thread, I am comfortable with these.

TM "cult following" isnt any bigger than Socom's. and the last TM game came out almost 10 years ago, so old fans of the series might have lost interest or don't even play games anymore.

 

That's why theres such a huge gap in my prediction for TM. It's a tough one to predict. I think it will come down to marketing and reviews. But the Online aspect has potential to make it sell very good. It will be played alot online like WarHawk and should have good word of mouth.
