Uncharted 2 5.0 million: Another Xmas, GOTY edition, Uncharted 3, Will sell 4m without GH
Heavy Rain 2.0 million: Will surely sell at least another 500k. Surpassed lots of expectaions.
God of War 3 4.5 million: First Xmas, Immediate Classic, European/Japan sales slow it down.
Gran Turismo 5      9.0 million: Will sell good in EU/JP. Not sure about NA though
LittleBigPlanet 2   4.0 million: Looks better than LBP. 3D/MOVE. lacks XMAS sales to hit 4.5.
Killzone 3                3.0 million: More casual than KZ2. 3D/MOVE will help. 
Motorstorm 3

1.0 million: It won't get overshadowed MS2 in holiday 08. 3d will help. 
Twisted Metal 1.5 million: 
inFamous 2                   2.5 million: Looks Way better in inF1. 
SOCOM 4               1.0 million: lot of SOCOM fans . 3D/MOVE. Will outsell Confrontaion
Resistance 3 2.0 million: 
The Last Guardian 2.0 million: Will sell like Heavy Rain, but will have better JP sales.   3D/MOVE?
Uncharted 3 5.0 million: Will most likely outsell U2.  3D/MOVE?
FinalFantasyV13 6.0 million: Don't know if this will stay exclusive. But will sell slightly less than XIII
AGENT 2 - 6 million: Don't know anything about this game.

I'd like to note that holiday 2011 we won't be seeing an Assassin's Creed game. Also MW3 will not be made by infinity ward, so I expect lower quality and lower sales. That opens up more possibilities for other games in that time period like R3, U3, TLG, etc.

EDIT: I'd also like to note that most of these games will have better marketing than earlier iterations. 

EDIT: I'm probably too low for U2, U3, GOW3, HR, and LBP2

Uncharted 2 4.8/5.2 million (it has legs)
Heavy Rain 2 million (Move may help dunno)
God of War 3 4.2/4.4 million (hope I'm wrong here and that it does more)
Gran Turismo 5 11.5/12.5 million (gonna be huge)
LittleBigPlanet 2 5/5.5 million (when I see what can be done in the beta... omg)
Killzone 3 4.5/5 million (hopes it does more, the franchise deserves it)
inFamous 2 3.5/4 million (the game is a huge improvement over the first one)
SOCOM 4 2.5/4 million (yea the gap is huge...)
Resistance 3 2/2.5 million (the first screens were meh)
The Last Guardian 1.5/2 million (like ICO and SotC, it's gonna blow mind up but sell "bad" :( )
Uncharted 3 5.5/6 million (this franchise will only grow bigger)
