Forums - Nintendo - I did get Kirby's Epic Yarn.

This being said, I am done with it, and will be looking to trade it in.  Was it worth the trip?  Yes.  But trade in is because I am like on very little income and I want to bank what I can get for it.  If it is of any note, I also finished off Fable III and traded that in.

Oh yes, the childish thing did start to wear on me.

I too am low income. However thats exactly why I no longer trade games in. I used to buy a new game for 59.99$ and then after two weeks or so trade it in for 25-39$. But after a year I looked into how much money I had lost. I had only like 3 games to show for it and I lost like 250$. I decided from that point on that I would stop trading in my games.

Now sure I don't get more then a game every month (Usually) but I can always go back and play games. Not to long ago I was playing Donkey Konga and StarFox:Assualt or alittle longer Super Mario Sunshine. These games I would have traded in for new ones and lost altogether.

I think when your on a budget you should realize how much money your loosing to EBGames. Sure you get to play new games like the wealthier people, but at what cost. For me (I make 500$ a month) in one year I lost like over half a months income. Keep in mind as long as I've had a job or income I always buy like one game a month. That is major losses.

Around the Network

Thing is that I had piles of games I was not playing.  End result is I cleared things out, and can't say I am missing stuff.  I do hold onto things, but thinking about what is left.  In my case, it is like I am on NO income at this point.  Yes, I take a beating on stuff, but I did dump my PSP, and what I had, so I have enough to keep me busy.  I am pretty much focused on keeping what would be the best of given genres, and holding on only to stuff I haven't played with or has replayability, as in a fighting game or a driving game.  Little Big Planet 2 is on my radar also at this point.

As of now, I am pretty full of stuff, and not even sure what I can flag that will be coming out.  Thing is that I never really get to any new stuff.  In regards to Kirby and also Fable III I doubt I would ever get back to them, and I still have the likes of Oblivion and Fallout 3, and also Mass Effect 2, I haven't even begun to get through.  I have also decided to stop getting the likes of Madden and NBA 2K, because I got in the habit of buying but never playing them.  I can't afford this now.  Other sports type games that work well at parties, like Tiger Woods with Mini-Golf I hold on to.  Oh yes, and as far as holding onto things, Borderlands and Left 4 Dead 2 I am holding on to, eventhough I played through them.

It looks cool but it's not my type of game. Also the Title of the thread is strangely worded.
