You're not thinking about this very hard... you know the copious amount of reference links found at the bottom of every wiki entry?

Use those, Einstein. Wiki, while not a reliable source of research information itself, is a great link-gathering site for real research papers and information.

Also, you'll quickly learn that there's a good chance you know more about computers and the internet than your professors. Take their "advice" with a grain of salt. At least I found that out quickly, though I'm in IT so I guess it should be expected.

Why?  Everyone is telling you the Wiki is not a source, it's a starting point. 

Why would you source the Wiki when you get nothing from the Wiki?  There's no reason at all to source the wiki.  You're really only bitching over something that you have direct control over.

bitching? Well with my last reply I was speaking on the sources that wikipedia has they dont want me to use those sources either. If you look at my post before last i say i know i can use sources form wiki and i do but they still trip over that. Bithing lol wasnt expecting that.

???? yea the second thing you quoted was my very first post and other people posted why dont you just use the sources and i stated that i do but that my professors dont like that either. but okay dude.

Also, for what it's worth on some things Wikipedia CAN'T be trusted.

9 times outta 10 it's either something politcally charged or really obscure.

 

There are groups of people who literally do nothing but patrol articles like global warming on wikipedia.

I would say it's not a hard concept but you're also the one that can't figure out to not source the wiki when you don't even use the wiki as a source in the first place.  So...

yoou didnt quote me bitching you quoted me asking a question if you think someone asking a question is bitching then you must not talk to humans they do that alot. and I never said that i didnt use the wiki as a source in the first place i stated that i used the sources that wiki provides as well. you must be a lil mad today be easy if you thought i was bitching why even reply?
