Awesome awesome awesome show!!! Sad to hear Andy wont be back though, hope the show doesnt lack without him, he was really great as Spartacus. Btw just got Season 1 on Blu-ray off Amazon for $35, pretty sweet price for anyone looking to purchase it!

I'll probabily get it on blu ray as well,  when its out in the UK which isnt for a while. but the show is phenominal. after the first episode, i thought it would be a mediocure show just using sex and violence to get the ratings in. never could have imagined it would end up being such a engrossing drama.

Gods of the Arena should be excellent i think, looking foward to seeing Crixus rise in the ranks to campion. but not sure what they can do about Andy, such an incredible lead, sad to see him go under the circumstances.

It sucks Andy Witfield won't be back. Feel really sorry for him.

IMO its the best show put on tv in years. Shame about Andy Whitfield though. I hope the Prequel is good. I Never liked Batiatus so I'm disappointed that the prequels about him. Why not make the prequel based on Doctore. I would have loved to see that battle were he got sliced by the big dude that ended his arena career.

Watched every episode on Netflix when it came out. Epic show. Perfect. Horrible that they had to replace Andy, but it was the only way we'd get a Season 2 in decent time.

I started watching Spartacus because of Lucy Lawless (Xena: Warrior Princess is my favourite series ever) and I thought the first episode was just ok, but I really liked the rest especially the 6th one. The season finale is by far my favourite episode of any series. It's really funny how most people were making fun of the show after the first episode aired and then they heard about the improvement in writing and grew a lot of respect for the show.

Have you guys heard about the possibility of Wentworth Miller replacing Andy as Spartacus? What do you think? Does it sound like a good idea? I personally wouldn't mind as long as he bulks up.

I loved it, I wanted to watch mindless actions and bloodbath, ended up being more attracted to the drama and tension between characters, I was like "fuck........" when he has to kill V*** . Andy was great as Spartacus, but I hope the show returns asap.
