At first after seeing the trailer and the gameplay I was totally BLOWN AWAY but then I saw a three part gameplay and I realized...........................the battles are gonna be really repetitive. I mean seriously this is one of the main reasons I bought a Ps3 was for a great RPG but it seems like im gonna be getting a Power Rangers game packed like Final Fantasy.

1.You'll be fighting little guys whooping ***.

2.Big giant guy comes out of nowhere.

3.The big guy beats you up for a second.

4.POWER RANGERS MORPH.

5.You get big and kill him and your weaker characters just sit there useless.

This is my opinion so Sony RPG fanboys don't come to kill me this is one of my most anticipated RPG's next year but it looks like its going to be really repetitive and have a very cliched story on top of it.

I do have to say that the custimization is gonna be really good and the fights outside of the boss fight will be good but the boss fight I think are just gonna be a power ranger showdown.

Have you ever played Xenogears? That game is considered one of the best RPGs of all time, and WhiteKnight seems very similar to it. I'm not a huge fan of the annoying posing that the characters (all playable main characters will have their own mechs, if you didn't know) during their transformation and this game probably won't be as near as good as Xenogears (IMO) but i think you're jumping to conclusions here, especially since you are basing your opinions off of very few and early footage and there's also the fact that Level5 barely gives any new info about this game. Let development run it's course, just about all JRPGs are cliché and corny but if the game is good then all that doesn't matter.

I doubt Level 5 makes a boring and repetitive game .

This, and FF13, MGS4 is the reason I want a PS3. But until then no PS3 for me.

This game, Disgaea III and Trusty Bell are my most wanted games for on the PS3. Since Level 5 is my most favorite Japanese developer, I doubt they'll disappoint me. And I can't waaaaait to see which Dark Cloud / Dark Chronicle character will pop up in the game.

This game looks cool, the gameplay looks spot on. This is going to be the best RPG on the PS3 other than Final Fantasy XIII.

This game should be good, and i do think it is unfair to judge the game on this very early footage!

Wait till closer to the release date when more info has been released etc and judge the game then, not just on this info :P

If you put things that dryly, every game is repetitive.
