Why should this even be a question? Nintendo has clearly shown that they only drop support for consoles that don't sell well. Since this isn't the Virtual Boy, N64, or Gamecube, of course the support would be there. Anyone thinking otherwise clearly hasn't done the research.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
