I know Carne Asada is a more generic term outside the USA, but here it is really just thin steak marinated in a certain way and prepared with various garnishes and sides. The kind I'm talking about originates in Northern Mexico I'm pretty sure, especially places like Baja California Norte.

But yeah, pretty much all the pictures in this thread are inspiring. We live in a golden age for food.
