I actually missed Snow from when I lived in Montana.  I live in Texas now and it hasn't snowed here since 1985.  I freakin' hate hot weather.  Cold weather for the win.

did it ever snow in texas?

In San Antonio 1985, it snowed a foot.  Nothing since then.

It snows a couple times a year in North Texas though.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

Grew up in Orange County, California and had no idea that snow existed.

Then I moved to Charlotte, NC and we maybe get one or two snow days a year (and that's barely any snow... but its enough for a snow noob like me!)

But yeah, I've come to the conclusion that I do just fine without snow. Too messy, and too cold! >_<

Dude, I live in Winston-Salem, NC We get snow quite a bit. Like this past winter, he got at least 7 inches and schools were closed for about half a week. However, several years ago (I think in 2003 or so), we had school closed for a week and a half. Crazy stuff

I love snow, but not really in big cities. Even good snow turns into an unpleasant mess if there's a lot of it. Small towns/the countryside though are great with it.

I wish it would snow here in Illinois.

It's snowed the last couple of yrs in OKC,but that's usually in december. I hope it does'nt snow this year. I hate the fall/winter season. lol
