actually the WW hardware gap between the PS3 and 360 was almost 8 million just before the PS3 slim/price cut last year. 

so yeah, the PS3 slim/price cut did what it was suppose to do....

 

but the gap may increase now with Kinect....

 

but after Christmas, who knows what will happen?

maybe casual gamers will see both Move and Kinect as fads, I mean the software line up for both Move and Kinect looks very weak

I agree with what ioi said in his interview with Pachter, that neither Move or Kinect has a system seller like Wii Sports, and I mean sustained sales, because that's what Wii Sports did for the Wii

Just 8 Million ?? I recall it beeing  9-10 Million in August 2009. Ofcourse the numbers were adjusted a thousend times since then. But nevertheless Kinect is the last chance for MS to turn it all around. March 2011 we will know for sure who will be 3rd place.

Bundled with the console = sustained sales? I've been following a list of the top 20 played Wii games every months for 2 years, Wii sports hasn't been on there once and its the most sold game of all time. If anything its Mario Kart and Wii Fit that sustains the sales not Wii sports; you mad?
