Another great choice. People like to hate on this game but for about the 50 hours it took me to do everything in the game, nothing else on the market mattered. I couldn't even start Halo Reach until I was done.

Minecraft

Mass Effect 2 is good but worse than it's predecessor. Changes to streamline combat and the neutering of some great RPG elements from the first game is disappointing. Gunplay is top notch, but I dislike the direction they took with this. Heavy Rain is also good but has some problems too. Minecraft is just pure indie crack that's good fun by yourself or when collaborating with friends.
