Wii will win hands down for at least two reasons: überanalist Pachter predicted it and every communist will buy the red Wii bundle.
Kinect had some chances, but Oprah's demo ruined them, it was so uninspired that it let down even people considering Steven Seagal a good actor.

I have edited down the OP and placed your link at the top. Due to how our forums work we cannot remove the poll (without dragging the coding guys in). If this is not satisfactory I can lock the thread upon request.

BTW it had that really better PC option that here is missing!
