Haven't read all of the post. But I recently bought a psp used and my only complaint is the lack of two sticks. It looks like this has it , although they look a little different. And it runs android? Even better looks like I found my next phone :) I'll have to look more into this

It's nice that SCEE is saying Fake but Sony Ericson is saying: "Sony Ericsson does not comment on rumour or speculation".

What I meant by that is that it's probably an almost 3-year old photo. If the PSPhone was real and imminent then a leaked picture would probably be more recent than 2008. Looks almost like a concept device that perhaps didn't get the green light. It looks curiously like the PSPGo, but not like the PSPGo at the same time.

Well, this could be the real PSPhone, good think this is supposed to be a prototype because right now is looks ugly as hell. It sounds kinda strange to release a Phone compatible with PSP1 games, but likely not compatible with PSP2, I'm not interested about this right now.

PSP phone might just be given PSP and PS1 games, and the PSP2 will have new games.  Not a bad strategy I think.

Given the specs, PSP emulation seems out of the question.  My guess it's just Android, Minis and PS1 games.  No PS2 or PSP.

Also, this reeks of SE side project (just like all those Walkman phones).  I doubt SCE has anything to do with it, if they did they'd probably want to repurpose the PSP chipset instead (which would've been smarter imo).

They already retracted the story already, to "we think it's fake".  lol.
