Converting it to windows just means less of a pain in the ass to work on new games when they can just work from a commonly avaliable OS with widely avaliable workstation setups.

It doesn't make sense in my opinion to lead on another platform for a PS3 exclusive.  Not only would there be issues with porting the code but in this case the tools were already developed natively for the PS3.

well did that new/game they delayed for heavy rain did they say it was going to be the lead platform?

Because their previous game Farenheit/(Indigo Prophecy (Censored Version) was multiplat

Was there a difference between the 2?

oh yeah, I think it was only censored in USA to get the M rating instead of AO rating. Could be wrong though.

They want/ed to make a game with Lionhead but it never materialsed. This could be it?

Thats not how it works. All games are developed on PC. Its actually one of the big reasons ps3 was so hard to dev for, because its architecture is so different from PC, while the xbox is very similar.
