Softwares don't matter?

Because as far as I know, 3DS games >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> PSP2 games...

It's way too soon.

3DS first. PSP 2 can wait until the following year unless the launch software is amazing. Endless revisions are bound to follow so maybe I'll hold off on both for a while.

I prefer the Psp games more of the 3DS. Also i prefer a larger screen and don't like much the design of the 3DS

I know its too early to tell based on sofware since none has been announced for the PSP2 yet.  But this is mostly from a hardware standpoint which do you prefer thats why I don't even mention sofware.

Also for the record 3DS's launch software is highly disappointing in my book because 95% of it is old remakes and old IP's.  Though they will be great games Nintendo really needs to create something new.  Seeing the 3 millionth Mario game and so on is starting to get old.  They are capable of creating amazing characters and for some reason or another haven't tried to in a long time.

PSP2 isn't a rumor its confirmed.

3DS for the 3D screen, the 3D camera, the 3D Virtual Console of old Game Boy games, the launch line-up, and the 3D augmented reality stuff.

All we know about the PSP2 so far is that it exists, and that it's a bigger PSP with double joysticks, and that they haven't even finalized the hardware due to overheating problems.

Releasing without 3D six or seven months after the 3DS is going to be really weird.  Even if they steal some 3DS games, they'll get "the 2D versions," and we'll have tons of fanboy battles arguing whether the same game looks better in HD vs. 3D.

Actually it could be cheaper if you can buy it alongside a phone plan

I chose the system that Inafune, Kojima, Nagoshi, Sakurai, Horii and Hino have chosen. ;)
