3DS for the 3D screen, the 3D camera, the 3D Virtual Console of old Game Boy games, the launch line-up, and the 3D augmented reality stuff.
All we know about the PSP2 so far is that it exists, and that it's a bigger PSP with double joysticks, and that they haven't even finalized the hardware due to overheating problems.
Releasing without 3D six or seven months after the 3DS is going to be really weird. Even if they steal some 3DS games, they'll get "the 2D versions," and we'll have tons of fanboy battles arguing whether the same game looks better in HD vs. 3D.
