Forums - Sony - Killzone 2 Screenshots "are only the tiniest touched up"

These excusers are just pathetic. It doesn't matter if this isn't a unique case. Sony hyped their system as the best.

They hyped their system as the best.

They hyped their system as the best.

Therefore, they look like liars if they don't tell us when something is rendered or touched up. According to their very own claims, games on the PS3 should never need those things. The fact that they do makes them, again, look like liars.

Trying to excuse it with lines about people somehow just hating Sony, or pointing out this is a common practice (although I don't really see them call on other games for it, just excuse their side's games with it), won't change the fact that this looks bad for Sony.

Not that it IS bad for Sony to do this, but that is does hurt their reputation, whether you like it or not.

Microsoft did the same exact think and launched a year before the Wii and PS3. They are probably only ahead of Sony becasue of the year head start andn the Wii has stomped the 360 before it turned 1.

@Happy - Sony is earning back their customer base alowly. The cheaper price and better games is helping a lot.

As for the main point of this topic. The touch up seems quite minimal honestly but either way it looks good but isnt the first pic from jsut a trailer and the other real gamepaly? I think PSU failed yet again on this one.

What does launching and sales have to do with touting and hyping a system's power?

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs
