Call me crazy but I see Killzone as a casual FPS. I like what I'm am seeing. There was no strategy involved in the last game, the maps were too small, there was too many players, all you had to do is chuck grenades and you got a ton of kills. It looks a lot better to me.

see first I was going to bold the no strategy part but your whole post reaks of FAIL
the lager player count wasn't forced on you via modifiable servers, you can play killzone 2 online and never play a 32 player game at all.
run along now, back to call of duty with you.

Don't be so snobby. Its no way to get people interested in a series you like so well.
|
Don't worry he couldn't sway my opinion either way, killzone 2 was an average game and this game looks better. I purchased Killzone 2 and got my money worth. I see no reason why Killzone 3 won't deliver the same
|
of course you would like killzone 3 seeing as you sucked at killzone 2 judging by your post which is why I recommended call of duty.
@leatherhat you have no idea how many people I recommended call of duty to over killzone 2, see killzone is a game that take skill and determination and more than anything time to get used to, 90% of fps gamers this suck ass at fps and can't take that, so basically it's me sparing true fans of the series a forum full of whiny bitches crying about how hard/broken the game is, not our fault you guys suck and are to stupid to know you don't have to play full player games on the small maps.
of course this didn't work seeing as killzone 3 will basically be killzone 2 for dummies, but my problem is with the noobs that would honestly sit and say killzone 2 is casual and this looks hardcore. that's my biggest proble with these call of duty scrubs that have plagued the fps genre, they don't want to put in the time and effort to actually be good at a game but they still want to be considered hardcore and skilled gamers..... no sir this is will not take more skill than killzone 2 and that's NOT an opinion.
people who I would recommend this game to is people who I think poses the skill to put fourth the effort required for the game and or won't blame the game their own short comings, so if you can imagine I recommended killzone 2 to a very small amount of people, but I'd to 1000 hardcore skilled gamers who know how to play over 8 million scrubs who just want to have teh funz

I don't know what you are talking about. I maxed my stats in killzone 2 which I guess wasn't really hard, I really don't remember the rest of my stats, only that I got that damn trophy. I let you vent though because this obviously got you butt hurt so you can believe what you want. I never trashed killzone, but me saying something like maps being bigger being an upgrade got you on this defensive tyrad which question why I'm even responding to you in the first place. I wish I still had Killzone 2 in my possession so you could see how bad I really am but w/e to each his own. And after reading your entire post people like me? you don't know me from a hole in the wall and I like killzone 2. But more guns, and bigger maps are welcome additions isn't it? I actually have more timed logged on Killzone 2 then I do MW2 which was the first COD I ever played.

"Call me crazy but I see Killzone as a casual FPS. I like what I'm am seeing. There was no strategy involved in the last game, the maps were too small, there was too many players, all you had to do is chuck grenades and you got a ton of kills. It looks a lot better to me." - you
"Call me crazy but I see Killzone as a casual FPS" -- I'll start by say saying your CRAZY, and saying killzone 2 was casual is an insult.
"I like what I'm am seeing." --- of course you do
"There was no strategy involved in the last game," --- bullshit killzone 2 was one the most hardcore tactical skill based shooters release this gen.
"the maps were too small, there was too many players" --- the maps seemed to small because there were to many players, however like I said before no one forced you to play on the smaller maps with the large player count if your are as good as you say you are you'd know this. In fact my clan wouldn't play on the smaller maps like blood gratch, depo, and radec academy unless it was 8v8 max.
"all you had to do is chuck grenades and you got a ton of kills. It looks a lot better to me"---- that's not the games fault.
so tell me, where dafuck did you say this:
"but me saying something like maps being bigger being an upgrade"
yeah I'm not stupid bro. I would have agreed with you there, but to me the bigger maps means that they can support the larger player count without the game feeling like a cluster fuck, and that's the main beef I have with developers today, they always take away instead of adding, instead of GG saying hey lets increase the map size to support the lager player count which would have been logical, they increased the maps and got rid of the larger player count so now those that enjoy the larger player count have to suffer through a permanent change. but fuck those guys right?
"But more guns, and bigger maps are welcome additions isn't it" ----of course they are it the logical choice to a sequel, however adding things and then taking away is wrong.
did i miss anything or is there more invisible bullshit in your post I just couldn't see....
