This is so funny, it seems Kirby gave the PS3 a boost.

My first reaction: I lol'd.

But that's really weird actually.

And also Kirby was heavily overpredicted in the Japan preview. i was so glad Wii finally had a big game! I guess this confirms Wii userbase in Japan is like non existent...they buy only Party and Mario games!

seriously WTH?!?  I honestly didn't expect a dramatic increase in wii hardware but I would have thought at LEAST a 3-4k boost was in order.  this generation doesn't follow any logic...i should just give up trying to make sense of anything.

Last week RDR ps3 sold 70k and the ps3 HW didn't increase.

Ouch! poor Wii, pretty terrible numbers.

3DS is not the replacement for NDS but for the Wii.

Decent opening for Kirby though I expected a little more (about 125k). I'm sure it'll have legs, and the million mark in long term is quite likely. Underwelming Lord of Arcana figures and decent hold for Red Dead Redemption.
