As many gamers know, there's always those games in your collection that have yet to be beaten, enjoyed, or worse yet even started. It seems with so much to do, I always have that problem. Yet I keep buying games. Right now I have

• Not unlocked all the levels on brawl
• Not beaten any of the Primes in Trilogy
• Only scratched the surface with Monster Hunter Tri
• Unopened Borderlands
• Still not beaten Timesplitters 2 100%(damn you atom smasher>:( 

And plenty more

It's pretty frustrating. How big is your video game backlog?

I've got probably a good 100-200 games I really want to play (working through so many retro consoles will do that to your backlog), Worst part of it is, I maybe am able to get an hour of gaming in a day, so at best I might complete 2-3 games a month, but that backlog just keeps on growing.

I have 5 games unopened and 6 unfinished, for a total of 11 games in my backlog, I don't want to count those games that I haven't completed to a 100%.

Daang. Developers should just stop making games for awhile so you can catch up.

All Advance Wars games - Haven't got 'S' on every stage

Final Fantasy XII - still some optional bosses left

Persona 3 FES, Persona 4(tried to play a friends game), SMT: DDS1 and 2, Kingdom Hearts, Battlestations: pacific, assassins creed 2(arrived today) and C&C Red alert. Downloaded from steam and not even tried out: Birth of america, chrome&specforce, Company of heroes&opposing fronts, Darwinia, Deus ex: IW, Frontlines: Fuel of war, Gothic 2 and 3, Hitman Blood money, kings bounty: the legend, Men of war, Multiwinia, Port Royale 2, Puzzle kingdoms, sniper elite, uplink and X-COM collection.

Opened and played a little/not at all:

FF XII, Kingdom Hearts 2, Rogue galaxy, Dragon quest VIII, Star ocean 4, The last remnant, Infinite undiscovery, Tales of vesperia, SC: Conviction, Lego indy&Kungfu panda, Viva pinata TIP, 24 the game, God of war 1&2, MGS 2&3, Gran turismo 4, Blue dragon, bully scolarship edition, Endwar, Super mario galaxy, mad world, little king's story. Not going to list all steam games I've played a little.

The saddest part about this is that I am waiting for 3 games ordered and I will propably buy more of them without finishing many of them.

Dude.  I have a huge backlog but your backlog is fucking legendary.  Tell your boss/school teacher/girlfriend/pimp/whomever is taking up your free time and tell them you have some gaming to do!

it's big, but it's slowly getting smaller. I'll buy only 2 new games until the big Christmas sale where my backlog will increase again: Football Manager 2011 and the new Europa Universalis 3 expansion. one of my new year resolutions of 2010 was to stop buying every game out there, deals or not. now I accept that I won't play EVERY game ever made, even good ones. so far I think I'm pretty successful...
