I'm not sure where's the proof in the article you posted.

But I trust VGC and they seem to be accurate on that one.

38M was from Q1 report (March-June).

In the next days (or weeks) Sony will release Q2 report.

I find this thread a bit . . . strange.  

If you do not trust VGChartz numbers as fairly accurate educated guesses, then why come here at all?  The heart of this community should be based on the site's raison d'être, which are 'the chartz'.

So what is being celebrated here, that we can have a reasonable amount of trust in VGChartz?  I certainly hope so.
