Why would it be a problem? Do you have the urge to sleep with all of her friends and feel you just couldn't if it was a guy?

Who she is friends with is almost entirely irrelevant. Chances are she has no sexual interest with any of them at all. If she did then why wouldn't she be dating them? If you can't trust someone to be faithful regardless of the gender of her friemd then you will never have a good relationship.

If you can't trust any girl who has a lot of guy friends... your likely just paranoid and it's going to be tough for you in general to hold a trusting relationship.

I dated a girl who had way more guy friends than girl friends and she just ended up cheating on me with many of said friends.  So, I would say no.  Besides, guys who are "friends" with hot girls are generally interested in more than just friendship.

It's entirely possible for a guy to have a lasting purely-platonic close friendship with a female.

I think it's a potential redflag (that is if are seeking a long-term monagamous relationship) when a girl has mostly guy friends though. If a girl doesn't have many girlfriends but yet many guy friends, something is up. Like adriane said, girls who are like that tend to be attention whores and see potential female friends as threats. Or she may just simply be a slut. Women tend not to like promiscous women because they see promiscous women as competitive threats. When I think back to every girl I've known in my life who fit this profile, she was a slut. I'm willing to accept that there may be exceptions to the rule though. I just haven't seen any in real life yet.

Could I date an girl with many friends...Considering last week I read an article that 60% of the women said they cheated on their husband after the first two years of relation and I am an bit jealous...I prefer to have a girl with not to many guy friends...

Or, you know.  She could be more interseted in stuff like Videogames, Sports and anime and therefore find it much easier to make friends along common interests with guys.
