The only thing has changed since then is the price.

Sony still has no Halo, killzone 2 was sort of a fail and 3 dosnt look like it will change that. They made fun if Wii and now look MOVE! Online has improved but XBL has as well, there still playing catch up in that department. And the thing that no one cany deny that Ps3 is still in 3rd place.

PS3 has certainly picked up their speed, especially Sony developers in the west; now its time for Sony Japan to stop being a jackass in not publishing golden title like Demon Souls in the west and angered the developer into release the sequel cross-platform instead. And please release more exclusive JRPG sequels to Wild Arms, Arc the Lad, or Dark Cloud again; the White Knight is just too bland and nobody cares anyway. We need more excting exclusives from Sony Japan Studio.

And Sony, please look into your handphone business as well, no more Android 1.6 while Samsung has already leap and bound beyond you.

Sony really screwed up with PS3 almost as much as possible. They went from total dominance in console market to third place and have lost something like 6 billion in the proccess. Probably one of the biggest business failures of the decade.

Hell to the fucking yes. They've kicked the balls off of the PS3 has no games critics. Anyone who denies they made a HUGE come back has issues of D-E-N-I-A-L. 

KZ2 was sort of a fail ? Nope. It wasn't. Great game.... and 3 looks like its gonna crank up a the diversity a little. Maybe under performed in sales....but it was an awesome shooter. Move only adds to the PS3 experience, online has definitely improved and isn't a trainwreck like it was in the start...it doesn't have to be better than XBL as long as its good enough on its own. It will probably end this gen as a 3rd place console...yes.... But what 3rd place console has sold 50 million units ? PS3 can most probably reach that comfortably.

Okay, flame me, criticise me, and whatsoever, but i want to share my opinion about the current Status about the PS3:

(NOTE: THIS IS 'MY' OPINION, and if you want to question anything about it, do it with reason)

Back in 12/06', when i switched into the next Generation of Consoles, i was in love with my Cube, and since my ammount of available Money was pretty low, i bought the Wii. It was cool, but not my kind of System, so i bought the 360 a half year later. (because it was cheap., and had HD)

Today, i have a PS3 and a 360, and i think the PS3 has grown to the  technically BEST System available.

Why?

- Online Gaming ~ XBL may have more, and greater Stuff - but PSN is growing, and Gaming is Free, and in addition - you have a Browser. (okay, the browser is absolutely NOT able to rival Firefox/IE/Chrome and co, but it has one, and with flash.)

-Games ~ i cant say anything here, but i think the Games Library is great, and can definetly fight the one available on 360. ( in the End, that is a matter of Taste, but that makes it impossible for Sony to lose, because every player wants different Games, but you cant deny that GoW3/LBP/GT/Heavy Rain/Uncharted/Valkyria Chronicles and many more are State of the Art Games)

- Additional Stuff ~ Move is a copy of the Wii. maybe. maybe not. but it works, it works very well. and there is also the PSeye cam, you can exchange the HDD wtithout buying an overpriced one from Sony, up to 7 Controllers, and some more Stuff.) And of course it has Blu Ray and Bluetooth.

No System is bad, but imo PS3's the best, and thats why my 360 is collecting dust.

you are absolutely right, Sony screwed the launch as much as humanly possible, that is something no one can deny, and they have to live with that.
