Has any own herd that FIFA is a bully to other sporting codes. Like the AFL as they wont leater major sporting events happen during the world cup in countrys when it is on.

That is not an unreasonable thing to request of the host nation. I'm pretty sure it's the same deal with the Olympics as well.
